Pahrump Chili Cook-off Festival The Nevada and Silver State Chili Cook-off competitions are held every March in Pahrump Nevada. New to the chili cooking world and want to test your skills?

Join us for the 2024 Pahrump Chili Cook-off Festival in Petrack Park! This year we are expanding the event to 3 days and adding in a full carnival for you and the family to enjoy! Come be part of the fun whether it be as a cook, judge, vendor, or spectator, this is one chili cook-off you won't want to miss! Come join the amateur contest on Friday, March 22nd, where you and other newbies will compete for best chili by people's choice! Think you can hang with the pros? Go to chilicookoff.com and sign up for our Neveda State and/or Silver State ICS sanctioned cook-off where you compete for a chance to go to World Championship Cook-off and win the big bucks! Not in to cooking but love a good festival? Come be a judge, check out our vendors, compete in our hot chili eating contests, enjoy live music, or come be part of the many games and festivities being held each day throughout the festival! This year's festival is raising money for our local Cinderella Girls, and, the St Jude Ranch for kids. We will be holding a raffle for some awesome prizes, we even have a pair of Red Hot Chili Pepper tickets we will be raffling off to raise money for these amazing organizations! What a great weekend it was! Thank you for your support and still king it out through that crazy heat wave we got!
