Creamy Greek Chicken Flatbread with Tzatziki, Cucumbers, Tomatoes & Red Onion

Ingredients:

For the Chicken

2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced thin
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp smoked paprika

Ingredients:

8 oz spaghetti
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
6 cups fresh spinach
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
