Please note this job is only for Couples ONLY or two people who can do the jobs necessary!! Please read about jobs 1 & 2 as they are the most important to us to fill!
Job 1: fixing things (anything and everything) around the ranch. Mowing, blowing, pool maintenance! Making the ranch clean, neat, maintain the bushes, trees, along with changing lightbulbs, changing the screen on screen doors, sprinkler maintenance, and programming! Cleaning pool. Must be able to fix anything electrical, plumbing, leaky faucets! Use a tractor. Also involves lifting for event setup and take down. Trash cleanup. Fixing motorized mule.
Job 2: cleaning! Serious cleaning! It’s a big house and lots of outbuildings! Windows, lots of laundry.
Job 3: after jobs 1 & 2 we also have the Animal portion.. which is Taking care of animals every day: (Feeding, giving fresh water, daily) in exchange for free rent (a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house, with private driveway and lot - *we need help fixing this up also!), you pay your own electricity, & cable if needed.
*The other part of the Job parts 1 & 2= Yes, we also pay an hourly rate {which is a somewhat discounted rate as we are counting part of the house/free rent as partial compensation}. Hourly pay for tasks around the ranch. Cleaning House, Mirrors, floors, laundry, ironing, prefer organized and responsible. Also Need someone who can fix anything around the Ranch if needed: plumbing, electrical, is familiar with Ranch work, cleaning pool, maintaining pool, gardening, sprinkler system programming and sprinkler maintenance, mowing ride on mower, some tractor work, leaf blowing, cleaning windows, moving outdoor furniture, not super heavy, but it does take effort. Looking for Honest, Responsible, dedicated, Friendly, ENGLISH speaking, with a strong work ethic, who is handy and can fix things!
We prefer a quick learner, a go-getter, who can get things done in a reasonable amount of time, most of the work is outdoors.
Would need the right couple to start ASAP! This is a permanent position, we hope to fill it, and not fill again! Please call us and/or provide references, list of work experience! No DRUG USE, no wild parties, just a nice trustworthy couple who can help us run the ranch without worry.
