But while we're bundling up, our fish are staying cozy in their warm water sanctuary, protected from the freeze and cared for around the clock.

Fresh from our Redfish Hatchery!

These cylinders aren't just golden water - they are tomorrow's fish. As the eggs develop, they naturally separate by density, helping our team monitor fertility, health and hatch-readiness with incredible precision.

Today's haul comes straight from our freshwater ponds right here in Texas, where our catfish spend their days cruising, feeding, and growing in clean, carefully managed water. When harvest time hits, it's all hands (and waders) on deck.

From pond to plate, we're raising seafood the right way: responsibly, locally, and with a whole lot of heart.
