We end speaking with our Field Training Manager, Kerry Clary.
We often look to Kerry for her expertise in the Burger King operation and what success looks like building a crew member from their first day to running a successful restaurant. Her advice is, "lean on the people around you."
Kerry prides herself on being in a leadership role and a by holding herself to a high standard and being a role model for others in her footsteps. Over the 29 years with the BK® brand and with TOMS King from the beginning, Kerry has made a tremendous impact on every employee in our pipeline. Recently, she has developed a Field Trainer program designed to elevate lower-tier employees that show a deep understanding of what programs we offer, an expert in our gold-standard service, and the ability to coach our new crew members to be successful in their roles.
