The past couple of weeks have been a little busier than expected, so I haven't been able to bake as much toward the end of the week. Thank you all for your patience!

Belden Woods Homemade Goods Preorders Are Open for this week!

I spent last week taking a little step back to perfect a couple of recipes, and I'm so excited to finally share this week's menu!

The biggest news? My Oatmeal Cream Pies have officially earned a permanent spot on the menu! They bring me right back to my childhood, and after lots of testing, I finally created the recipe I was dreaming of.

One thing I always want people to know... just because it's gluten-free doesn't mean it isn't delicious! 💛 My goal is to create baked goods that everyone can enjoy, and some of my biggest supporters aren't even gluten-free!

I'm taking this week off from pre-orders to spend some time testing and perfecting a few new recipes, especially gluten-free English muffins, sandwich bread and some different flavored cinnamon rolls!!! I can't wait to share them with you once they're ready.

Frankie has been trying to perfect her "cinnamon rolls" too!! I think she'll be ready to help me roll them very soon!

If I get the baking itch, I may make a small batch of mini banana bread loaves as a surprise. 😊

• No-Bake Cookies (made with gluten-free oats & SunButter)
