What are your plans today?
For us, it’s mostly a cleaning day around the house. We personally don’t know anyone who gave their life serving our country, but if you do, feel free to share their name or story below. 👇 We would love to pray for your family during our devotion time tonight and thank God for their service and sacrifice. ❤️

We’ll probably end the evening watching another war movie to honor Memorial Day. It’s hard finding ones without constant cursing, and of course most are filled with gore… but war itself isn’t pretty.

This page has featured a lot of sourdough lately 😂 but that’s definitely not all we cook around here! Today’s menu is:
🍗 BBQ chicken legs
🥦 Broccoli salad
🥒 Zucchini

These sourdough cupcakes turned out so adorable… 1 small minor hitch that noone caught but me. They were good but they weren’t amazing. Friday night I did 4 dozen and then did the 5th Saturday. It was then I realized, oh wait! I don’t remember putting in the baking soda to the 4 dozen. Did it make a difference? Yes it did! The 4 dozen defiantly seemed a little more dense and not as soft and airy. Each dozen calls for 1/2 teaspoon. That little 1/2 teaspoon certainly makes a difference. They were still good. But we definitely want amazing next time 😂😉. Each ingredient matters!

Mommas! On Mother’s Day do you cook, want someone to cook or totally good with going out? I was totally fine with going out and not cooking! (Treated by my daughter) but my husband was going to grill! 😂😄 Happy Mother’s Day to all the momma’s!

With Mother’s Day coming up, what is your favorite dish momma or grandma always made or still does and you hope you can do it justice?
My grandma made a pasta salad that has become a favorite around here. I aways loved her potato salad and peppered steak as well. (Which if you know me I’m not a huge meat eater lol! But seriously, grandma could cook!)

Praise the Lord, he has risen! Death/sin was defeated at the cross and all that he had said to his disciples was clear by Sunday! Because of his resurrection we know we will be made new at glorification and one day will be with our savior in eternity!

To celebrate Easter Sunday the Bosley’s usually have those deviled eggs ( oh that name 😬), Ham, mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls and banana pudding! We don’t travel usually on Easter anymore, so it’s usually a little gathering! What are you having and doing to celebrate our risen Lord?
