Good morning yal! 🌞

I am SO proud of the progress Ruby has been making on lead. 🤎 I finally took her off her usual pasture to explore more of the farm, and she did so well!

She’s still very nervous and definitely not confident enough to get too close to the other animals just yet, but that’s what this is all about... exposing her to new things, building her confidence, and most importantly, building trust between us. 🥹

Watching her slowly figure things out and become more comfortable has genuinely been such a fun experience for me. I can’t wait to see how far we go with this… and I’m excited to start doing more with Jade next! 🥰

Restocking the Pest Control Crew 😁

After having our guineas free ranging the property for the past couple of years, we definitely noticed a difference in the number of ticks we are finding! 🕷️ We used to pull ticks off the dogs pretty regularly, but with the guineas roaming around, we've only had to pull a couple off all year 🙌

The downside to free ranging... We lose multiple guineas every year. So it's time to restock the pest control crew! 😅
