As the sun settles behind Mt. Garfield and conversation lingers around the table, there is a quiet ritual that brings the evening to a perfect close.

Our Vin de Pêche is a Colorado interpretation of a timeless French tradition—crafted with Muscat wine and inspired by the delicate character of peach. Layers of golden honey, ripe stone fruit, and gentle spice unfold with each sip, creating a dessert wine that is elegant without being overly sweet.
