🥃 10 Years in the Making 🥃

Last week, our team and a few special guests gathered in the distillery to taste through four 10-year-old barrels of Colorado Straight Bourbon.

The mission: pick the one barrel worthy of becoming our 10-Year Colorado Straight Bourbon limited release.

After plenty of tasting, comparing, and debating, we found the one. Now it’s time to bottle it.

Join us Saturday, October 24 for the release party and be among the first to taste this special bourbon that has spent a full decade aging right here at Peach Street.
