🌧️🍕 Mother Nature Has Other Plans for Our Pizza Party! 🌬️🌱 The farm store is open… so please come out and grab some produce if needed.
With a major storm headed our way, we’ve made the decision to postpone today’s Pizza Pop-Up so we can focus on getting the farm storm-ready!
With wind gusts of 40–50 mph tonight and expected over the next few days, we have our hands full securing greenhouses and hoop houses and protecting all those beautiful fall vegetables we’ve worked so hard to grow. 🥬🌿
As much as we were looking forward to firing up the pizza oven and welcoming everyone to the farm today, sometimes Mother Nature has other plans!
We’ll reschedule our Pizza Pop-Up as soon as the skies clear and the winds settle. We can’t wait to gather around the oven, share delicious farm-grown food, and enjoy a beautiful fall day together. 🍕❤️

Fall Farm Brunch at Field To Fork

You asked for a pizza party — and we can’t wait to have you back on the farm.

Join us for a very special Fall Farm Brunch celebrating the harvest, the changing season, and the food grown right here at Field To Fork. Gather with, slow down for an afternoon, and enjoy the farm the way we love it most: around a table with good food and good people.

Our farm staff—the same hands that seed, tend, harvest and wash the food throughout the growing season—will be in the kitchen and at the wood-fired oven preparing brunch from the farm. We’ll be firing pizzas at 800 degrees and building the menu around the beautiful ingredients coming out of our fields, greenhouses and orchard. This is truly food grown here, prepared here and shared here.

This gathering is our way of celebrating the harvest and sharing a little more of Field To Fork with the people who have supported the farm throughout the season. Come hungry, bring your friends and family, and spend a beautiful fall day with us on the farm. This is more than brunch—it’s a chance to experience the farm, the food, and the season together.

Super nice heirloom 🍅. So proud of all work we have done this year. September is my favorite month and we always have gorgeous heirloom tomatoes available this time of year. Next week looks like a bumper crop. Something to look forward to. ❤️ make it a great day.

🔥🌑 Solar Eclipse in Leo — a little fire energy on the farm! 🌑🔥
Today’s Solar Eclipse in fiery Leo began mid-morning, which feels like the perfect day to share one of the ways we use a little fire of our own at the farm. 🔥🌱
Squash bugs! If you grow organically, you know what a battle these little guys can be. Instead of spraying our squash plants with harmful chemicals, we use a flame torch. A very quick, carefully controlled hit of flame kills the squash bugs almost immediately — without coating our plants, soil, or food in pesticides.
It’s one of those simple tools that can be a great solution for organic farmers when used carefully and at the right stage of the crop.
So on this fiery Leo eclipse day, we’re putting that fire energy to work: clearing out what doesn’t belong, protecting what we’re growing, and letting the good stuff thrive. 🔥🦁🌑🌱

There’s a whole lot that happens behind the scenes around here! 🌱🍅💪
Between bringing in the harvest each week, maintaining the gardens, keeping everything growing through these hot summer days, running the Farm Stand, and turning what we grow into our value-added products… this little crew stays BUSY!
We work hard, we get dirty, we laugh a lot, and we absolutely kick butt together. ❤️ There’s something pretty special about a team that can jump in wherever they’re needed and keep this farm growing, harvesting, creating and moving forward. We wouldn’t have it any other way.
