Welp, I only snapped a few pics from some of meals I did this past weekend.

I was pretty busy in the kitchen & forgot to take the time to capture them 📸… 😅

Not pictured:
•Meatballs in red sauce with mushrooms, black olives & zucchini noodles
• crab & cream cheese stuffed mushrooms w/ spicy corn, and cheddar & chive mashed potatoes
• salmon burger on keto bun with Dijon dill sauce
Chicken breast with lemon-butter caper pasta & mixed veg

So we can put this egg debate to rest! Eggs on top were boiled with salt in the water. TOTAL DISASTER, to the point where I couldn't use them for deviled eggs. Bottom eggs were boiled with salt AND a healthy dump of baking soda in the water. I barely had to crack the shells and they just slipped right off! I hope this can help someone for Christmas if you are doing deviled eggs. 😊

I have been cooking for a long time, but always did more “personal” sized orders for families and singular clients.

This weekend I fulfilled a dream of catering a big event for 90 people. A local church wanted catering for a multi-purpose event they were holding, and we just happened to be at the same place, at the right time, for us to to coordinate this. I am so grateful to have my close friends and family that lended helping hands to help me me pull this off, there’s no way I would have been able to do it without them. 🫶 thank you Michael Acevedo Dawn Futch Jorei Secura for all of your help this weekend in the kitchen ! A huge thanks to Two Chicks and a Pot for guiding me through this experience of large scale cooking && a big thank you to Michael Futch for entertaining Bodhi while we prepared for this. ❤️🤣

My heart is so full. And so is my tummy!
