Vincent opened his sub shop over 35 years ago on South Congress Avenue just south of Summitt Blvd. His Italian Sub, better known as Vince’s World Famous Sub, became a legend to his loyal base of customers. After selling his store on South Congress Avenue, Vincent and Coral decided to partner up and together opened a new sub shop in Palm Beach Gardens and named it “ The L
unchBox”. They were unable to use the name of his old store but they were able to bring over the same quality's of meat, daily baked rolls and wraps along with many of their original subs and salads that made “Vince's World Famous Subs” well known throughout the West Palm Beach area. Unlike the old store their new location has added seats where you can enjoy their food in air conditioning comfort. In addition to their subs, wraps and salads they have added juices, smoothies and bowls for their health conscious customers. Call ahead and your order will be waiting for you when you arrive then take it to go or just grab a table to enjoy it inside the restaurant
To those that have never tried their food before all we can say is “try it once and you will be hooked". They accept all credit cards and are open Monday thru Friday from 9am till 4pm. Vincent and Coral also asks that you please “like” them on Facebook. They have over 500 likes and would like to continue having that number climb. They use only the finest and freshest of meats, piled high and daily baked rolls. Try us and you will be "hooked"
