These bubbles were never added to this w**e. They came out of it. Other w**eries let the CO₂ from fermentation escape into the air. We catch ours and put it back, so what’s rising in this glass came from this w**e, not from a tank somewhere. Natur CO₂ W**e Gas it’s the reason a 0.0% can still taste like something that was alive. Now I’m curious, did you know most alcohol-free sparkling has its fizz pumped in?
