We KNEAD a little more time! 🥖

This summer brought an unexpected family setback our way, and along with some big changes happening at the shop, our reopening is taking a little longer than we originally hoped.

But behind the scenes, we’re still working hard! We’ve been upgrading our kitchen, refreshing the inside of Freida’s, and getting everything ready to welcome you back.

We are so grateful for your patience, your kind messages, and for all of you who keep asking, “When is Freida’s reopening?!” It truly means a great deal to us.

We can’t wait to open our doors again, fill the bakery with all your favorites, and finally share what we’ve been working on.

Thank you for sticking with us. We promise, it’ll be worth the wait. ❤️

Something sweet is getting ready to return to The Hammock | Palm Coast | St. Augustine ! 💕

Freida’s Bakery is busy preparing to reopen their doors, and we know we’re not the only ones who have missed them so very much! From the beautiful pastries to all of our favorite Tuscan Sandwiches, we can’t wait to have Freida’s back. 🥐🍰☕️

We hope the Freida’s team has had a wonderful summer, and we’re so excited to see what they have in store for us this season!

…. And CUT!! That’s a “rip” on season ‘25/‘26! Huge shout out to our incredible and hardworking team: Pablo Jimenez, Caroline Bennett, Meaghan DeLong & Nicole Hitchcock (not pictured: Gene D’Avanzo, Marguerita & Saul ❤️) A special thank you to those who made guest appearances or who collaborated with us in other ways this season: Ashley Nakano, Piper Storms, Vitor Rossiti, David Massey, Amy Boyle & Paige Allsup. And to Ken Oaks, who continues to save the day, we are eternally grateful.
We would also like to extend heartfelt gratitude to our amazing community for all the laughs, support and appreciation. It has been a pleasure to continue to get to know you and feed you and we look forward to next season!
