🦬 It is Bison Harvest Time!!! 🦬
Our 2026 Bison Harvest season is open and available for Nov/Dec 2026!
We raise pasture/grass fed Alaska Grown Bison
For the 2026 harvest season:
-Our bison is $8.50/lb hanging weight (due to RK Ranch)
-Our harvest season is typically November and December, unless otherwise arranged
-The bison will be delivered to Alaska Meat in Palmer to be dispatched and processed, however, if the customer wants to process the bison themselves, that is an option. Customers are responsible for paying charges incurred by their bison at Alaska Meat Packers as a separate charge.
-The customer is able to keep the head, hide, heart, liver, kidneys, tongue, bones from their animal
-RK Ranch does require a $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your bison from our herd
