Sun Circle Farm Offering fresh, healthy, USDA Certified Organic produce and flowers from our family to yours. We never use synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides.

Sun Circle Farm is a small family farm run by Anne-Corinne Kell with the help of her daughters Trillium and Leila and a wonderful farm crew. At Sun Circle Farm we offer a large variety of high-quality fresh produce and flowers. It is our belief that when we view the farm as a whole and focus on putting in place complimentary systems including happy healthy animals and biologically diverse plant ro

tations we move towards farm-generated fertility and true sustainability. While we generally follow USDA organic methods at a minimum, we strive to go further by minimizing imported or overly processed amendments and fertilizers. We love farming and take great pride in continuing to learn and to improve our products in order to bring you the best-tasting and healthiest fresh produce possible.

Turn up (at market) for turnips! Some exciting new things we harvested that will be at South Anchorage Farmers Market tomorrow. We have a lot of turnips which are decidedly not the babies we thought they would be… but just as delicious! We also have the first of the cut greens (arugula and spring mix), rhubarb, herbs, and the last of the tulips!

After a week off of flower sales to let the growing season catch up we’re back with so many exciting things! The very first of our mixed bouquets of the season are here as well as many more ball jar bouquets, tulips, and lillies! As always, every bloom in our bouquets is 100% Alaska Grown right here on the farm :) We will be stocking the cooler at the farm tonight and we will be at South Anchorage Farmers Market tomorrow from 9-2!

It’s been a busy week at the farm! We got plastic on all the remaining small tunnels, moved lots of plants around, got our first transplants into the ground outside, the crew learned how to trellis flowers, and we got our flower cooler repainted! Plus the peonies are coming up and the ranunculus are starting to bloom :)

Plants the ground!! We were finally able to get the first transplants into the ground in one of our structures with raised beds. Meanwhile it was snowing outside… (which Kiska was thrilled about). While it is a very late spring and we will likely be behind, we are doing everything we can to catch back up and get fresh veggies on your tables!
