We checked in on the salmon quesadilla source this summer aka Naknek, Ak in Bristol Bay. We were catching fish for home pack but we also got to check out Copper River Seafoods operation where we buy our salmon for the quesadillas you get Alaska State Fair. It was a big family fishing party and we even saw some early Salmon Express artifacts like the menu pictured here from when we had a shop at the King Salmon airport.
