If anyone is thinking of filling up their freezer let us know 🥩

We may have a lull in availability as the summer starts so if you have interest let us know if we can answer any questions!

Keep in mind that we place an appointment with the butcher once we have deposits on a whole animal and it is completely dependent on butcher availability. Currently they are taking appointments in June or later and it takes a few weeks after that until meat pick up.

Fill up that freezer for all your summer grilling needs 😋

We are hearing the first signs of spring on the farm- lots of birds chirping and enjoying the warm weather today. And let me tell you, we are excited! Even if this is not the end of the cold, we will soak it up while we can.

We do have cattle available for anyone who is interested in freezer beef. For anyone unfamiliar with the process: once we receive a deposit we contact the butcher for an appointment. Timing is dependent on butcher availability and customer preference so if you have any questions about how it all works please do not hesitate to reach out!

For those of you new to the page: we are a family farm (youngest family member pictured 😁) in the Palmerton area. We work very hard to raise the best product for ourselves and our community while also treating our animals with the best care we can provide while they are with us.
