Want to savor mangoes year-round? Dehydrate them! Peel your mangos and slice them thinly. Set your dehydrator to 135 degrees and dehydrate for about 10-12 hours, depending on how chewy you like them! PS: You can also dehydrate in the oven and even some air fryers. Let us know if you give it a try!
