What a week y’all.
Monday- 1. FINALLY received our state license. 🎉🎉🎉🎉 The brewing can commence!
2. AND we poured our bar top ( we are now resin experts. LOL)
Tuesday - Sarah became IT support and installed our POS system
Wednesday - electrical work done. (thanks Tanner Fox!) The cooler works!
Thursday - Peter brewed a collaboration batch with Mike from Stumblin' Monkey Brewing
Friday - 1. Peter brewed another collaboration batch, this time with a bunch of awesome brewers from different NY breweries (thank you BrewBuddies for inviting us!)
2. Tap lines were installed
3. First beer hit the cooler, from our friends at Mortalis Brewing Company (I’m looking out for our sour loving friends!)

If you drive by and see the paper in the windows down we aren’t open yet - we’re getting UV film installed on the windows so y’all don’t melt in the summer. These windows are old!

Last week we had the priveledge to meet with two groups from the SUNY Brockport BUS436 Marketing Research class. Drumlins was their project for the semester, conducting market research tailored to us and our business. These young adults did an amazing job, and we cannot wait to dig through the raw data for even more findings. Thank you to their professor for putting this program together, and thank you to Madison, Miranda, Riley, Kathryn, Mitchel, Lucas, Liam, Giancarlo, & Hayden, and to Wil, Nico, Aynsley, Sydney, kennedy, Tiffany, & Jusrena for all of your work this semester. We cant wait to see you in the taproom!

I didn’t think this was coming out until next week, but when a random stranger recognizes you from the paper you start googling.

Peter and Sarah Wimer are opening Drumlins Brewing Co. in Palmyra, bringing craft beer and local history to an 1840s building.
