Broody Hen Bakery From my home to yours - freshly baked sweets and seasonal eats for every day occasions. Combining a

From my first "right side up" pineapple upside down cake, I was hooked. Baking has always been a part of my life; from cookies with my grandmother, to boxed cakes, to toaster oven angel food cake from my Marine Corps barracks, to hand crafted cakes for coworkers - I love baking and constantly strive to improve my technique. The scientist in me enjoys testing ingredients and understanding why things come out the way they do. But it is the "mom" in me that brought about Broody Hen Bakery.
