We have hit yet another snag when it comes to getting moved. It seemed like things were going fine and we only had a couple more weeks but now it may be longer (hopefully not but who knows). It's going on 2 years that we have been trying to get moved, a process that should not have taken as long as it has.

In the meantime, the deer have been active and its cool to see them sparing. So here's a compilation of the buck party that's been going on.

No idea what happened but his comb was slightly purple so might have been a heart attack. I was only able to hatch out a few eggs because of the incubator malfunction, hopefully one is a rooster.

FINALLY

It has been a long (and feels like unnecessary) fight to get this little piece of paper.

Now we, hopefully, have the last thing needed before the house can be placed 🤞🏿🤞🏿

Ready for this process to be completed so we can move on and get to raising and producing.

A bit of an update for everyone.

We are in process of (finally) moving into a bigger space. Hopefully we will be in and settled by the end of the year.

Once we work out some infrastructure, we hope to have a garden started, meat birds, and if everything goes well, sheep and pigs.

We will still have eating eggs available, for as long as the hens are laying.

We are looking forward to a plentiful new year

IGs are RRA line. Roo is just under SOP at 40". No issues with curled toes

LFs are World's End line. Good foragers. Curious about their surroundings

Local pickup/meet preferred. Can ship within TN at extra cost

I was actually skeptical about this first batch as there were a lot of issues with the incubator and I had 20+ eggs quit from it messing up 😭
