We are an organization that branches from the old Allen's Market in Palmyra. After having to close said market, we decided to keep the legend going, simply dropping the grocery aspect of the deal and keeping our Pork Wiener and boneless meat (especially our ground burger) business going. Currently, we sell our ground meats and Pork Wieners out of Sav-a-Step in Palmyra and many other local grocery stores.

We are ready for another year of processing world class summer sausage, snack sticks, brats, and bacon for you!
We do not do any meat cutting. We accept your b***d out meat that’s ready to grind. We do every order individually so you DO get your own meat back.
This years prices:

Summer sausage $3.75/lb vacuum sealed in approx 1 lb rolls

Snack sticks/brats:
$6/lb bulk packaged
$7/lb vacuum sealed in approx 1 lb
packs

Bacon: $6/lb vacuum sealed in approx
1 1/4 lb packs

We are now accepting deer dropoffs from people cleaning out their freezers in preparation for the upcoming deer season. We’ve already taken in enough to schedule the first processing day. Just give us a call at 812-364-1395 and schedule an appointment!

Our next open deer dropoff will be this Saturday, January 20th, from 9:30-12:30. Just call the office at 812-364-1395 and leave your name/phone number and we’ll get you on the schedule for drop off. We will continue to process world class summer sausage, brats, snack sticks, and deer bacon through the end of March. Had our very first drop off of bear meat yesterday so very excited to see how that turns out!

We are still accepting your b***d out deer meat for processing. Our next open drop off will be Saturday, January 13 from 9-1. Feel free to message me your name, phone number, and approximate weight of meat you’re bringing so we can get you on the schedule. We generally accept drop offs through the end of March so we have plenty of time to accept/process your order. I want to thank everyone that’s trusted us with your orders and made it a great year so far. We’ve received a lot of very positive feedback that helps keep us motivated going forward 😊
