The willow is coming along, the kids are back in school and getting bigger every day, the perseids are poppin' and we're gearing up for Fall, so it must be time for a little photo dump! It's been a season of chaos and healing as Logan recovers from knee surgery and Emilie approaches her Sept book deadline. We've been treading water here at the Shire, just trying to keep it all together, and the approach of the close of this season is feeling welcome. We'll be at the HERD Ventures Unexpected Gathering in late September, sharing charcuterie and willow and celebrating with friends, then hosting Hand Hewn Farm again this November for our annual processing class. Hope to see you around somewhere soon!
