Meet outside the smokehouses in costume to walk with Smokey at 5:15 in a costume parade down to the grass lot where the event is taking place.

Heads up!
Having three-story smokehouses means the bologna has to get to the top somehow. That "somehow" is a toss. Hand tossed, one after another, until the whole house is hung.
