Weathertop Farm & Hopyard

Weathertop Farm & Hopyard Weathertop Farm & Hopyard, LLC is a small-scale family farm located in Palmyra, NY. Owned and operated by Mike and Andi Hudak.

We are currently growing four varieties of hops (Cascade, Chinook, Nugget, Willamette), blueberries, raspberries and garlic for commercial production. We also run a 200 tap maple sugaring operation, with an eye towards expanding in winter of 2013. Our goal is to provide high quality products to local markets. We are deeply committed to sustainable principals and organic practices.

Blueberries available at the stand. Pro tip: stock up now, these berries are excellent for freezing! Simply wash, allow to dry on a clean towel, spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze overnight. In the morning, load the berries into a ziplock bag and store in freezer. In the middle of January when the days are dark and cold, you’ll remember these berries and have a little taste of summer in winter. Also, two new features at the stand. One is what we call the Goldilocks Basket, summer squash too big or too small for ideal flavor but perfect for breads. Grab a few for FREE! The other is our pickling cucumbers that are starting to come in. I’ve included a quick and easy refrigerator pickle recipe, a fun and tasty little project for the weekend. ☀️156 Ellsworth Rd.☀️
