We’re fully stocked!

Pumpkins and squash are so in 💅 alongside sunflower stems! Bouquets to come.

We also have tomatoes, some corn still—probably best as canning corn at this point, garlic, beef, and all the dairy goodies.

Happy September!

🚨 Incoming farm stand restock updates: 🚨

Unfortunately, the sweet corn is coming to an end. Till next year!

Tomatoes are so in, and the squash is here! Our very own pumpkin and squash patch is coming very soon.

Sunflowers are here! Come by for a bouquet of your very own 🌼

As always, we have milk, yogurt, Ruby snacks, and beef available in the diary fridge 🥛

You’re not ready for this one ☝️ I got inspired by a couple of recipes I found on this here app, thank you insta chefs!! This sweet corn pasta came together so quickly and easily that it could be considered a weekday supper, hence the mid-week post. Start by boiling pasta of your choice, we did spaghetti here. Throw fresh sweet corn in a pan with a shallot, a few garlic cloves, and butter, and fry it up a bit before dousing it in white wine and pasta water, and puréeing it into a thick sauce. Add cream or whole milk, and let the sauce thicken for a minute before throwing in the cooked pasta. Top with fresh basil, Parmesan, and a wicked hot chili pepper (if you can handle the spice 🌶️) and enjoy! This one sure was good, and it’s an excellent way to disappear corn. Stop in at our farm stand if you want to try making this goodie! We certainly have LOTS of corn 🌽 Cheers!

As some of you know, a few of our cows are named after famous musicians. Our cow Dolly is one of them. It’s only fitting that she is by far our most nurturing, protective, and all around motherly dam. Dolly Parton’s music was beloved by so many, including us. Beyond her musical talent, she was a genuinely kind and giving person, the type of person we should all strive to be. Cheers to Dolly, you were one of the best ❤️

And just like that we’ve reached 4,000 followers! Thank you all for joining our little army of supporters. Whether you’re here for videos, updates, or Sunday suppers, we’ve got you covered!

This comes at a time when the summer is showering us in abundance. The corn is in, squash is arriving, and the tomatoes are finally ripening. Gratitude for the soil, rain, and this hard working family is very high.

Although there’s a lot of dark happenings in the world, a fresh ear of corn from a local farm like us (or from your backyard garden!) can change the course of your day for the better. I mean, just look how sunny and gorgeous this ear of honey and cream turned out??

Thank you all again! Pay us a visit when you can, or enjoy our socials content from afar. Cheers to end of summer barbecues 🌽

Finally! The TRUE opening post! This farm stand is renovated, and the dairy fridge is in, meaning we’ve gone from a wind blown tent, to the garage, to our very own bona fide, real McCoy, “this is not a drill” farm stand! 1000 thanks to everyone—customer, family, or friend—who has made this possible, we love you! Our stand is honor system, but there is usually someone around to make change if you need it. We have fresh corn, cucumbers, summer squash, tomatoes, and so much more. Our dairy fridge is stocked with our raw milk products, and the freezer is full of beef with select briskets and steaks for end of summer barbecues! Steaks that would be perfect alongside some corn on the cob (just saying). We’ve been playing with the idea of having some baked goods make appearances from Amy Beem, such as blueberry muffins, or pies. I mean, nothing beats Amy’s homemade pies 🥧

We think all operators should have cab candy. This stacker operator is powered by starburst 🍭. Here’s some more stacker action as we bring in the first stacks from one of our big fields! When nothing breaks these machines save so much time. Please enjoy the stacker sounds, music free 🙌
