Hi Noodelist Friend,
After many bowls of hope, hustle, and “what if this works?” 🍜 — we have made a very difficult decision to officially close the chapter on Noodelist.
What began as a simple idea during an MBA class turned into a full-on adventure — complete with big dreams, many pivots, late nights, countless lessons, and a surprising amount of time spent debating things most people never think about. And honestly? I wouldn’t trade it.
While Noodelist won’t be continuing as a business, the experience absolutely continues with us: the lessons, the relationships, and the reminder that building something from scratch is both humbling and energizing.
Huge thanks for everyone who supported, challenged, tasted, brainstormed, invested, advised, collaborated, encouraged or simply cheered from the sidelines along the way.
Closing a chapter doesn’t mean it wasn’t worth writing — and this one definitely was. Noodelist may be closing its doors, but my curiosity (and love for good food, especially noodles) is very much alive.
Thank you to YOU, the customers, the community, partners, investors, advisors, family, friends and those who cheered from the sidelines along the way - you all made the journey memorable, fun, and very real.
Ending this chapter with a full heart & stomach, smiles, and zero regrets.
