Pork chops milanese, prosciutto wrapped peaches and a caprese salad. Dinner on the table in 30 mins due to the quick 15 minute cooking time for the thin chops. What made the chops tasty was the parmesan in the crust.
What made the peaches delicious was the addition of tangy chevre and the brightness of the fresh basil.
