It’s a heifer!!

First calf of the season was born Tuesday morning. Momma cow is Tiny and her calf is still awaiting a name. Tiny delivered her calf unassisted and has adapted to ‘new mom’ role wonderfully!

We name our calves with the same first letter as their mother. So if you have any good names that start with the letter ‘t’, please share below!

We’re officially on baby watch! Jezzy and Tiny, our two heifers, are both due to calve this month. They have been moved to the ‘maternity ward’ and are enjoying the all you can eat alfalfa buffet, deep straw bedding, and a pretty nice view!
