A little encore from last week's w**e tasting!

One of the w**es we featured at our recent W**e Social was the Masseria La Volpe “1” Primitivo di Manduria Riserva, a beautiful Italian red from Puglia in southern Italy.

Primitivo is one of southern Italy's signature grapes, and the Manduria region is particularly celebrated for producing rich, full-bodied reds. The Riserva designation means this w**e has undergone additional aging before release.

A little fall weather calls for a little fall flavor!

With a cold front this week, we're embracing the season at Burgunbarrel with one of our autumn creations.

Meet the Thymelord! 🍁

Our naan pizza brings together apple butter, creamy brie, savory pancetta, fresh thyme, and a maple syrup drizzle. A delicious balance of sweet and savory that's just right for these cooler days.

Pair it with a seasonal pumpkin ale, find a cozy spot, and enjoy a little taste of fall in St. Andrews.

The Sun Also Rises. 🌅

A little sunshine in a glass to welcome the evening!

Our take on the classic Tequila Sunrise features Zumbador Tequila, orange juice, and grenadine, creating those beautiful sunset colors you see here.

What makes this one a little more special is the tequila itself. Zumbador comes from the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, where it's family-produced using Blue Weber agave and traditional production methods, including slow cooking in masonry ovens and crushing the agave with a tahona stone wheel.

We love finding spirits with a little history and craftsmanship behind them, and Zumbador is a wonderful example of that tradition.

As the evening settles into St. Andrews, come enjoy a cocktail, something delicious from our kitchen, and a comfortable spot to unwind.
