Hey everybody, I've been incredibly busy lately and have not posted anything. I'll be coming to Panama city on the 6th of August to meet with a couple of people, but if you know anyone who would be interested in potentially investing in bringing an amazing brewpub to the area, send them our way! Hooray more test batch menu work! The first picture is the pub fish and chips. Beer batter made with the St Andrew's Amber, fresh cut potato deep fried with a great crisp, seasoned with sea salt and cracked black pepper. Yes, there is also beer battered shrimp and homemade tartar sauce. I know, I keep posting lemon pepper wings, but good Lord they are so good! I'm thinking about offering the shrimp fried and tossed in whatever wing sauce you prefer. What do you guys and gals think? Cheers!

It's amazing that we're already over 200 likes! I'd like to share a little more about what we plan to accomplish with Bay County Brewery & Pub. Not only do we want to bring Bay County the freshest craft beer, but we want to help the community in every way we can. For instance, we want to hold adoption events every first Saturday of the month for the local rescues. The group that we host the adoption event for will receive 10% of sales for the day they are there. We also want to hold a bi-annual home brew competition where the winning homebrewer would upscale their recipe and we would brew it in the pub and serve it. We also want to involve a local bakery to use our spent grains to create the buns for our burger and sandwiches. In the next few days, we'll post a mock up of the menu to get your feedback! Cheers!

The search for investors has begun! Keep up the support, keep talking about us, and keep sharing! It was great to see all the excitement this weekend and we can't wait to bring the freshest craft beer and food to Panama City and Bay County! Cheers!
