Beau Bradbury 🎨 BEAU BRADBURY IS IN THE HOUSE.

From the streets of NYC and Miami’s Wynwood to murals and artwork across the U.S. and Europe, Panama City native Beau Bradbury has built one hell of a story.

And now he’s bringing it home to Mr. Griff’s.

Beau is designing an original mural for our wall another piece of local art and local history becoming part of this place.

We didn’t want ordinary. We wanted Beau. 🔥🎨

The Griff’s crew has been working HARD and we’re right on schedule to open soon!

Opening a brick-and-mortar restaurant takes time, but we’re working FAST! Our contractor is coming today to work a special project you’re all going to love, while we keep knocking out everything we need to open these doors. Lots of moving parts with BIG things in store!

📍 We’re taking over the old Nelson’s Restaurant on 23rd St. 💥directly in the Home Depot parking lot, right next to Lawn & Garden!

The truck was only Chapter One, This is the beginning of Griff’s Panama City takeover. 👀

Since moving to Florida for my husband’s military career, I struggled to find where I fit.

I started Griff’s because I needed something that worked around military life and raising our four kids. I never imagined what it would become.

Bay County rallied behind me, supported my little food truck, and gave me something I had been missing, a purpose and a place to belong.

Military spouses start over constantly. New states. New assignments. New jobs. It’s easy to feel lost.

A year ago, I was there…

If you’re a military spouse feeling lost or wondering what’s next, reach out to me. I’ve been in your shoes, and if I can help, I will. And if you want to come work with me at Griff’s, I’d love to have you.

But this goes beyond military spouses. Griff’s is hiring. I’m building a solid team of people who want to grow with us. I understand real life , kids, school schedules, sports, military obligations. I’ll do my best to work with you, because I know what it’s like to need someone willing to work with your life, too.

I was looking for a place where I belonged. Now I have the opportunity to build a place where other people can belong, too. 💚

Our food comes straight from Philly, and the truck can only hold so much! We’re waiting on our next shipment as soon as it lands, I’ll post our next truck location. Food supply is very limiting in my truck which is why we’re adding Mr.Griffs sit down into the Griffs mix.

In the meantime, I’m buying a BAR for Mr. Griff’s 🍻 and getting everything ready for our health inspection + OPENING DAY!
