Hedgewood Farms produces 100 percent grass fed beef in Miami County, Kansas. We (predominantly) raise Scottish Highlanders; a breed recognized for their lean, tender meat. The herd grazes on a variety of grasses, converting native plants into a high quality protein source. Pesticides, hormones and routine antibiotics are not required by our cattle since they graze as nature intended, in pastures and not in crowded feedlots.

-Political leaders selling out domestic producers for votes instead of the corporations who deal poisons says it all about the disgusting priorities and disconnect between rural Americans and the power structure.
