We have 3/4 of a steer available to go into the butcher before year end. This would make amazing Christmas gifts, or stock your own freezer.

Can be split into 1/4’s, or one 1/2 and one 1/4. Or you can purchase all 3/4.

Pricing:
(based on hanging weight and does NOT include processing) processing is roughly $1/lb hanging weight.
*Whole beef: $4.25/lb
*1/2 beef: $4.50/lb
*1/4 beef: $4.75/lb

1/2 (Goes in October 22nd)
$4.50/lb hanging weight plus processing $1/lb hanging weight

or can split into (2) 1/4’s- $4.75/lb hanging weight plus processing $1/lb hanging weight

Pork: (Goes in October 22nd)

Whole hog or can be split into (2) 1/2’s
$4.00/lb hanging weight plus processing $1.50/lb hanging weight

We do NOT cover processing anymore. You’ll cover that price. It’s roughly arouns $1/lb hanging weight. That fee will be paid directly to the butcher when you pick up your beef.

The listed pricing plus tax.

The cost of steers and increase in feed has led us to increase our pricing. Our pricing has been the same since 2021.

Our steers are grass-fed and grain finished raised on open pastures. No growth hormones or antibiotics.

Message us today if you’d like to come to the farm to purchase beef. You buy it by the lb just like at the grocery store. The only difference is you’re getting locally grown meat vs feed lot meat, while supporting local small farmers.
