I have 2 beefs available for shares that will be delivered to the butcher on Monday, September 16th. I can offer 1/4's, 1/2's or whole shares. These are going to be approximately 800-900 pounds hanging weight. Avg. cost (Meat and Processing) give or take a little depending on final hanging weights are as follows: $4250 for a whole, $2125 for a half, $1063 for a quarter. Take home meat averages about 60% of hanging weight. Appx. 510 pounds take home for a whole, 255 take home for a half, and 130 pounds take home for a 1/4 of steaks, roasts, hamburgers, brisket.
Deposit information: $500.00 for a whole, $250.00 for a half, $125.00 for a quarter that will be subtracted from your final invoice for the meat. You will pay the butcher shop directly for the processing upon pick up and me for the meat once I receive the final hanging weights which is usually 24 hours after the beef is dropped off at the butcher shop. (Appx. $1.00 per pound hanging weight, more if you request things outside of the norm, like hamburger patties, etc.)
These will be dropped off at the Bronson Locker in Bronson, Kansas and that is where you will pick up your meat once processing is complete. PM me for any additional questions. Thanks!
