We've got a few $200 Chesters and Hamps available. Just got them moved into the barn today. We've also got a handful of Hereford and Hamp gilts priced at $400.

Get ahold of me and we can set up a time for you to sort through them. All pigs come with papers and are born early to mid January.

🚨Annual On Farm Sale🚨

We've made the decision to move our sale up a couple of weeks. If you are headed out of town for Spring Break and need to leave pigs here until you get back we'll work with you.

We'll be offering at least 40 of our best Hampshire, Chester White, Hereford, Poland and Cross pigs. Phone bidding is available.

Menefee Farms focuses on producing Hampshire, Poland China, Hereford and Crossbred seedstock and showpigs. We look forward to doing business with you.

Most of the December litters have been weaned. This includes hamps, chester whites and poland chinas. Still have a litter of herefords and crosses to wean.

Had some pretty good barn help this morning to feed and check on all the litters.

Just another Hampshire female doing it all on her own. 10-8 laid down this morning and had 11 total born (NBA:10) without assistance. She was mated to High Tide at Shipley's with the goal of making better gilts.

10-8 is out of Crown 3-1 which goes back to Pickles, the 2011 Reserve Champion Hampshire Gilt at the World Pork Expo shown by the Hines Sisters. Pickles was sired by Gold Standard, the record selling Hampshire boar. Many consider him a bust but I believe his true influence was through the daughters he sired. All of our influential sows trace back to him.

It's been a busy start to the farrowing season. The December group is almost done and we'll load the first group of January sows in a week or so.
