Join us this July on our Wine, Dine & Whitewater Weekend in Paonia! This is a casual float through scenic canyons with a few splashes along the way. In a drought year like this the water will be exceptionally clear due to lack of surface runoff. This highlights the areas gold medal water status. We will see schools of native trout swim right under the boat. The Gunnison is one of few rivers in Colorado that maintain flow even in a drought year due to guaranteed releases from the Blue Mesa Reservoir upstream.

Winter gives us the chance to taste some our older vintages…2014 Estate Grown Chardonnay. Still big on oak & butter flavors after 11 years….we’re pairing with salmon and quinoa apple carrot lemon basil salad on this cold winter’s night.
