Meet Chef KJ Kinser 🔥

Chef KJ Kinser got his start in Paonia, learning the ropes in local kitchens before taking his talent to Denver, where he spent 15+ years in some of the city’s top restaurants. Since then, he’s led kitchens across Colorado , from regional chef at Yard House to helping open Needle Rock Brewing Company, and serving as executive chef at Devil’s Kitchen in Grand Junction. He’s even spent time teaching and mentoring the next generation of chefs.
KJ’s style is bold, thoughtful, and deeply rooted in Colorado , the kind of cooking that tells a story with every course.

Still trying to find the words for how incredible Saturday night was. Ashley Lieber Benefit Dinner at Alfred Eames Cellars completely sold out with 72 guests, and our chefs proudly served 432 plates of amazing food throughout the evening.
A huge thank you goes to our unbelievable staff and musicians, who all volunteered their time to make the night happen. From the kitchen to setup to service to cleanup, every single person showed up with so much heart, and it did not go unnoticed.
To everyone who came out to support Ashley, thank you. The generosity, love, and community in that room was something truly special. Nights like this remind us how powerful it is when people come together!
