The surgery was a success.

THANK YOU to all of you that filled my page, my inbox, and my emails with your thoughts and prayers. Thank you for the encouragement, love and care.

It’s often asked “Why does God let us go through, trials, tribulations, struggles, pain, conflict etc.”

Because through the pain, agony, and discomfort there’s hope, healing and growth. Suffering produces perseverance, and character.

“We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation.” Romans‬ ‭5‬:‭3‬-‭4‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Despite the challenges, we embraced this journey with joy. We were filled with the hope of the Lord, no matter what the outcome. There were moments of frustration, sadness and sorrow, but that is not a sin. Even Jesus was filled with sorrow before he was crucified. He told his disciples, “My soul is crushed with grief to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me.” Matthew‬ ‭26‬:‭38‬ ‭NLT‬‬

It’s ok to have all the feelings, but it’s not ok stay there. 🫶🏼Lift your heads up, those of you that are going through a similar journey. I’m still here for you. We are still in this together. I will still pray for you.

Thank you all for your support through all of this. I felt so loved and it meant the world to me, my husband, family and my team.

Good Morning. Long Post, but worth it. 🖤

Every year, around Christmas, I do this for my customers because I care about each and every one of you. My church, Southridge Church Papillion does 21 days of fasting and prayer. This means each prayer card (example shown below) is prayed over daily. That's a lot of people covering you, your loved ones, and your friends in love and prayer.

This time of year can be so joyful, so exciting, so full of love and family time, traditions, love and laughter, but not all will experience it this way. Some have lost loved ones and it’s the first time the spot for their plate will be left empty. Some struggle with depression, anxiety, addiction, or aren’t invited to their family gatherings, or maybe feel unworthy to go because they feel ashamed. Some feel lost and alone. Some feel heavy and burdened. You are not alone. You loved and cared for immensely.

Last year I received 38 requests. I fill out each request by hand and personally pray for your family, and your friends. My church will pray too…for 21 days. 21 days of dedication to cover you and whatever you’re going through in prayer. There’s power in prayer.

Here are some important things to know:

1. All prayer requests are 100% confidential.
2. Your request is important no matter how big or small. Good or bad.
3. I have time for you and your prayer request, even if you think I'm busy helping others. YOU matter too!
4. I handwrite your request for you. All you have to do is Private Message me your prayer request.
5. You are loved. I'm here for you and I am honored to do this every year and am amazed how much this has grown over the last three years.

Prayer is the most powerful weapon we have. I look forward to hearing from you. Share this with people that you think may need prayer. Let's pray for as many as we can!
