Pint Nine Brewing Co. Production Brewery with a Tap Room Our story begins in 2005 with our head brewer & founder – Jimi Watson – getting a Mr Beer kit for Christmas from his wife.

Within 6 months, he knew what he wanted to do with his life. He began prepping to head out to UC Davis Master Brewer’s Program. He graduated in 2009 and began his trek between Upstream West, Empyrean, & finally Upstream downtown. He began working on a business plan in June of 2013. Four years later, he opened Pint Nine Brewing Company. Named for the all of the great beers he drank before the rise

of American craft – English, German & Belgian beers that all came in a half liter, or 16.9 ounces. The phrase “Pint Nine” stuck.

Our June Pints For A Purpose Partner is Town and Country Animal Rescue! We’re back this month we’re raising a glass to animals in need🐾

Town and Country Animal Rescue is a local, no-kill animal rescue. But they do so much more than adoptions! From running a pet food pantry, to animal welfare education and youth-based compassion programs, they are an incredible resource for our community.

Right now, they’re raising funds to build a brand-new $1.2 million dog kennel and adoption center, and every pint you buy helps them get one step closer to that goal!

If you come by and have beer any Wednesday this month, we’ll give a percentage of sales back to them as well! Feel free to bring by any items you may have to donate to them, too. Tonight from 4-7pm we will be doing Pet Paintings! Come in and bring your fur babies and grab your artwork now 🎨
