Pint Nine Brewing Co. Production Brewery with a Tap Room Our story begins in 2005 with our head brewer & founder – Jimi Watson – getting a Mr Beer kit for Christmas from his wife.

Within 6 months, he knew what he wanted to do with his life. He began prepping to head out to UC Davis Master Brewer’s Program. He graduated in 2009 and began his trek between Upstream West, Empyrean, & finally Upstream downtown. He began working on a business plan in June of 2013. Four years later, he opened Pint Nine Brewing Company. Named for the all of the great beers he drank before the rise

of American craft – English, German & Belgian beers that all came in a half liter, or 16.9 ounces. The phrase “Pint Nine” stuck.

Fun day planned today - Today is the FoxFest 8 Annual Car show from 10 - 2pm. Heavenly Body Bakery will be here til 2pm. Ben's Soft Pretzels-Omaha, NE will be here from 2 -4pm & then twinhappinessomaha from 5 - 8pm!

LAST But not least - we will have the Papillion La Vista High School Marching Band here at 4:30 to play for us — This has been a fun show each year! If you can help them out by donating when you get here!
