I said I would let yall know our results from the Sooner State Show last weekend. We took 6 head total, 5 of which are bred and owned. Ali’s Jersey cow had a clean sweep in the cow show. Grand Champion Jersey Cow, Grand Champion Bred and Owned Cow, Supreme Cow both open and junior show. We are super proud of this young cow that we raised.
Our heifers placed 1st in each class and had an1st and 2nd place in one class. Alan had Reserve Jr Champion Jersey heifer and Champion Bred and Owned Jersey heifer. Alan also won Jr Champion Milking Shorthorn Junior and open show as well as Champion bred and owned as well as Supreme heifer in the junior show and Reserve Supreme heifer in the open show We are so proud of how the cattle looked and how hard the kids worked both at home and the show to get them looking their best!

Still plenty of milk on this lovely Saturday morning. Sourdough, eggs, honey and soap also stocked.
