Update: Because of the weather, they have not had a chance to harden off. I would highly recommend a wipe down with water and vinegar, and keeping them dry for the next week, so the stems can harden off. This will help them last longer.

We love our neighborhood and are so grateful that we can provide fresh fruits and veggies at the Alvies Farm stand. It truly brings us a lot of joy and makes our hours of hard work worth it.

That being said, we are disappointed that some in the neighborhood ruin what we set out for everyone else. It should go without saying; Please don't take a bite out something that has been bagged or packaged and put it back. Please don't steal. If you're not sure you like something, please don't sample it and then put it back or throw it in the road. Our security guard (pictured) doesn't appreciate her beauty sleep being interrupted in the middle of the night, so please don't come by then thinking you can get away with not paying. Of you need help, our number is on the board, we are not unreasonable folks. And smile 😃, you are on camera!
