This year promises a pomegranate yield. We've picked some mulberries already and observed substantial budding on the grapes. Our peach trees are poised for their first production. The chickens will be benefiting from windfalls of fruit and shade. It indeed feels like spring is here. Happy Gold Nugget Weekend everyone.

I was selling some eggs the other day and someone was surprised to see a white one in there and asked if it was a store bought egg. I got to tell her about how white leghorns lay white eggs and that I had two of them and they were great layers. I thought I’d share the knowledge here as well.
