Las Vegas opens with resounding cheer. Providing amazing fair and supreme cuts and libations. Their Wagyu meatballs were also amazing!

Some steak from Las Vegas event. Served in strips with toast points. Well cooked but a pesto or chimichurri would have been a great addition.
