Jackrabbit Ranch

Jackrabbit Ranch Artisan Cheese from the Parowan Valley Located in the Parowan Valley west of the thriving metropolis of Paragonah (pop. 462), we raise goats and make cheese.

Our Chevre (soft goat cheese) is mild and creamy and comes unflavored or in rosemary-garlic, jalapeno, or habanero. We also make hard cheeses from cow milk, obtained from another local dairy. Cheddar, Farmstead Jack, Gouda, and Tome are regular offerings; sometimes we have Feta, Brie, and other great cheeses. We sell our cheeses at local stores, at farner's markets, and at various local events. You can also visit us online or in person - the goats love the attention!

Thanks to all those who supported us at the West-X Western Festival. Unfortunately, the festival was not well attended, and we decided not to drive all the way down there today.
