Every day, another little piece is falling into place, and I still almost can't believe I'm saying this… Sonya’s is getting closer to having a permanent home! 🥹

We are still shooting for a soft opening the first weekend of October, with the grand opening to follow. There are still inspections, paperwork, equipment and all those behind-the-scenes things that have to come together — so if October doesn't cooperate, we'll move the celebration to November. Either way… IT IS COMING! 🙌

After a whole lot of planning, paperwork, phone calls, figuring things out, changing plans and refusing to give up, Sonya’s is getting ready to OPEN BACK UP!

🎯 I’m shooting for a soft opening October 1st, and I am officially TAKING ORDERS FOR OCTOBER!

✨ A LITTLE SONYA’S UPDATE… THIS IS GETTING REAL! ✨

After another conversation this morning about the next steps for Sonya’s new kitchen, we officially have a PLAN. 🙌❤️

Paperwork is being submitted, sinks and refrigeration are next, and then we continue through the approval process to get Sonya’s settled into our new kitchen and ready to GO!

Originally, I had my heart set on an October Grand Opening.

But October is already filling up with some pretty exciting things for Sonya’s… and the more I think about it, maybe November is exactly when this is supposed to happen. 🍂❤️

Thanksgiving has always been one of my favorite holidays.

The FOOD.
The beautiful fall colors.
The gathering around a table.
And most importantly, being THANKFUL.

And isn't that pretty much what Sonya’s is about?

Beautiful food. Gathering together. Sharing a table. Making people feel special.

After everything it has taken to get to this point, I can't think of a better way to open this next chapter than with a whole lot of gratitude. 🥹

So maybe October is for getting settled, getting organized and getting READY…

And November?

Sonya’s has officially added another future wedding to the books!

And what makes this one even sweeter? This booking came through someone who had seen my work right here on Facebook and passed my name along. THAT is exactly why every share, comment, tag and recommendation means so much to this little business. ❤️

We’re already dreaming up some beautiful, individualized grazing ideas for the wedding party, and I cannot WAIT to see this one come together. 🧀🍓🥩🍇

No details or sneak peeks just yet… 😉

I’m always looking for ways to make Sonya’s grazing tables not only BEAUTIFUL… but full of things people will actually EAT. Because pretty is great, but nobody wants a gorgeous table full of food everyone walks right past. 😂

So tell me this…
