Psalms 91 Farm

Psalms 91 Farm Small hobby farm/homestead located in West TN. We raise Nigerian Dwarfs, LaManchas and Mini LaManchas. We have a clean tested and closed herd.

We are a Performance Herd and are proud members of the ADGA and the MDGA. Please check out our albums! Please take the time to read our sales policy! An only goat is a lonely goat. Unless you have other goats, you will be required to purchase at least two goats. Two does or two bucks can live together harmoniously. If you only wish to have one buck or doe, a wether (neutered male) is the perfect a

nswer for the perfect companion. If you only want pets, wethers make fantastic pets as they do not have all of the bucky characteristics that bucks are known for and you don't have to deal with the hormones of having a female. While there are exceptions to everything, for the most part goats are not happy as indoor house pets. Goats are livestock animals that are happiest when allowed to graze outdoors with other goats and enjoy the life of a livestock animal vs a pet dog or cat. We strongly advise against purchasing a goat to be an indoor only pet. We will not knowingly sell one of our goats for this purpose. We have a clean tested negative herd. We test annually for CAE. We do not regularly test for CL or Johnes as both blood tests are known to produce a high percentage of false positives. We have STRICT bio security measures in place. Therefore we will NOT allow visitors of ANY kind (not even friends over on holidays!) at any time. If you purchase from us you understand we will be meeting in a mutually agreed upon public place. We do NOT offer stud service and do not take our does to outside bucks. At this time we do not show in LIVE shows because we have not developed a bio security safety protocol that is practical for us yet. We DO participate in virtual shows with the MDGA with our Mini LaMancha's and Nigerians. All new animals to the herd or those who are required to leave the premises for any reason, such as a vet visit, are placed in quarantine pens for 30 days. Items taken to other farms are not used on my farm again without proper sanitation (crates, clothing, shoes, etc.) This is just a sample of how we work hard to keep our goats safe as their health and condition is our number one priority. We do keep a waiting list for upcoming breedings. There is no deposit required to get on the waiting list for the breeding of your choice. However, we ask that you please only ask to be on the waiting list if you are seriously interested in a kid from that pairing. Once the kids are born and I've decided what I will be retaining (if anything) then you will be notified in the order of which you are on the list. You will have 72 hours to respond before I move to the next interested party. Once all interested parties have been notified, the kid will then be placed up for general public sale. A kid cannot be held without a 50% non refundable deposit. Once you verbally commit to an animal, you have 48 hours to place a deposit on said animal. I prefer and accept PayPal for deposits. You can send it as friends and family or I can send you an invoice. By paying with an invoice, you qualify for PayPal's buyers protection. However there is a 3% fee which you will be charged for use of that service. I also can accept cashapp, Walmart to Walmart transfer, or postal money order (with a tracking number) for deposits. All balances are to be paid via PayPal friends and family PRIOR to delivery/pickup date or in CASH at pickup. No other form of payment is accepted at pickup. No animal will leave my possession without being paid for in full. All kids under the age of 4 weeks old are to be picked up by the time the kid is 4 weeks old. Kids over the age of 4 weeks and adults must be picked up within 2 weeks of receipt of your deposit UNLESS prior arrangements are made and agreed upon by BOTH parties. Any animals not picked up within the allotted time frame are subjected to a $5 per day boarding fee for up to an additional 14 days. If your animal is not picked up at the end of those 14 days, you forfeit the animal and any monies paid toward said animal. We reserve the right to retain any kid out of any of our breedings. We also reserve the right to cancel any sale for any reason at any time. If we cancel a sale, all monies paid toward said animal will be refunded within 30 days of the date of cancellation. If YOU cancel the sale for any reason other than breach of contract on our part, NO refunds will be issued. I will send a sales contract to you prior to you sending your deposit. You will be required to acknowledge my sales contract at the time you place a deposit on an animal. If you do not agree with my sales contract and agree to sign it upon completion of the sale, I will refuse to sell to you. This sales contract is for your protection as well as mine. Please read it THOROUGHLY!
