Warner Family Farm We are a small hobby farm in Paris KY. We offer, Fresh eggs when available, Hatching eggs, Goat kids, Honey, Crafts.

We have taken in a lot of critters needing a place to live over the last few years. We try to keep up with updates and posts about them.

This group of misfits
The two momma hens have 7 babies
Three young guineas decided to join their group
Then the turkeys are always crying to them but have never been out with them. We let some out and they joined the group and follow the mommas.

We have chicks barnyard mix full size and bantam size, Muscovy drakes, bourbon red turkey babies only a few raising some up to fill the freezer. Roosters

Finally got our lone baby out 🦃 however it is attached to our farmette, might have to bring it back in tonight if it doesn't figure out the heat plate and start eating. Thankfully there is another 🦃 almost out.

Praying it comes out quickly to give this guy a friend.

I think our temporary replacement brooder will work but the one we lost in the fire would have worked out probably better with solid sides so he couldn't see out.

We had a turkey hatch from Reba and Tom. Then went out and found two more babies, chicks, in the little barn. Then our farmette saw a hen with a little follower. We have no idea where she was hiding and we couldn't find her tonight. She has a good spot but I worry with the amount of predators we have had this year.

This time of year the bucks smell so bad. Even if you touch a gate you smell 🤦‍♀️ the goats milk soap definitely works the best for taking off that smell.

We do have soaps if you are out or needing some. After working on a large batch I don't have much space for more so they will be limited for a little while.
